David has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 and he joined Highpoint Servicing the day our doors opened. During this time, he has deepened his passion for helping people fulfill their dreams of owning a home that they can be proud of.  Prior to working at Highpoint Servicing, David started and ran OrgSync. At OrgSync, David’s goal was to improve communication between organizations and people. He has brought this fundamental standard to Highpoint Servicing. David believes that hard work and dedication are the tools for success and he personally strives to demonstrate these daily.  When he is not at work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs. When he is not found on the boat getting some fresh air, you can find him rooting on his favorite team the Texas Longhorns, Hook’em!

Deanne was one of the first hires at Highpoint Servicing. She takes pride in connecting with each borrower and making people feel like family. Deanne lives by her personal goal to consistently improve. She applies this to both relationships and business processes. Prior to joining the Highpoint Team, Deanne spent 15 years in the field of education where she taught math. During this time, she saw firsthand how financial matters can feel intimidating to many and has made it her personal mission to take the time needed to ensure everyone she speaks with has every question fully answered. When not at work, Deanne can be found hanging out with her husband and five children. This family stays busy with the many activities they are involved in.

Michelle is a pioneer at Stone Property Buyers. She has been with the company since day 1, and had taken on various roles for the business. Before Stone Property Buyers, Michelle was a legal assistant for 5 years, and worked for the BPO industry for 10 years. She is a mother of 3 and an advocate for animal welfare and has been helping non profit organizations in their community rescue stray cats and dogs.

Prisela earned her Texas Real Estate license in 2019 and has been in the real estate industry since then. Prisela happily managed 150+ rental homes in the DFW area for investors from all over the world. Since 2021, Prisela has been with Buy House No Banks, helping families with poor credit easily purchase their next home. Prior to real estate, Prisela conducted water tests in people’s homes to spread water awareness in the DFW area. She excels in sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. Helping others and making a difference in people’s lives is her passion. When not at work, Prisela loves to play the drums, karaoke and spend time with friends and family. Prisela is also semi pro in golf and often helps improve her friends golf swing/game. Recently, she pursued her own golf tour, For The Love of Golf Tour, in hopes to help junior golfers earn a golf scholarship and where golfers like her can compete for cash prizes.

Jan is dedicated to building strong customer relationships, increasing brand loyalty, and boosting customer engagement. She also promotes real estate through marketing initiatives and maintaining online presence. She spent nearly 5 years as a marketing professional and 3 years in property rental management before joining the Highpoint Team. Each marketing campaign generated interest and interaction from prospective leads. She was able to achieve all of her marketing goals by collaborating with other employees in a team-oriented environment.

Karime is the Loan Servicing Manager at Highpoint Servicing, where she has been making an impact since June. In this role, Karime connects with borrowers to ensure timely payments and manages various administrative tasks to support the team. With a background in customer service and administration, Karime previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at a call center, an Administrative Assistant in a pediatric neurology office, and an Account Manager for a capital raising program. Karime holds a degree in International Business and Commerce, showcasing a passion for languages, fluently speaking Spanish, English, and French, with additional studies in German and Italian. Outside of work, Karime enjoys spending time in nature with her husband, staying active through workouts, and preparing healthy meals. She cherishes her cozy home life with their two beloved cats and is dedicated to maintaining a healthy, happy lifestyle.
